RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase and we apologize if it is not. For whatever reason that you are not satisfied, we would be most happy to provide exchanges and returns for all items purchased from us.

Any products purchased from our website (www.vicestyle.com) can be returned or exchanged for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the following conditions are met :

• All items must be in their original packaging with product tags intact
• All items must be unworn, unused, unwashed and in its original condition
• Originals receipts would need to be included

If non of the above conditions are met, we regret to inform you that we are unable to process any claims for exchanges or refund regardless that the items have been mailed back to us.

To return or exchange a purchase, email the following information to vicestyleofficial@gmail.com and we will reply promptly with instructions.

Once we receive your item(s) your money will be returned. Please note that it can take up to two days to process your return once the item(s) have been received.

If an item is received WITHOUT packaging and/or tags, you will be charged 25% of the refund amount.

there are NO returns on all Garage Sale items.

*Original shipping costs are not refunded and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the reason for return is warranty defect.
