Although 22-year-old Joe Skilton is actually from York, he went to college in Baltimore and is intent on moving to Canada as soon as he can, yet right now Joe, for some undecipharable reason, lives in Scotland. But whatever, he's a pretty decent photographer. Yes, he takes pictures of people like you and me just hanging out and getting fucked-up and, in a way, the world doesn't need another photographer doing that, but Joe's pictures are good and for some reason I never really tire of that sort of photography, in the same way as you never really tire of going out and getting wasted, as long as that's not all you're doing. He also has a smart zine called Kids Of The Black Hole. He does all that stuff admirably, but let's face it, we wouldn't be featuring him here if he didn't also have great hair.
