Martine Rose's show was one of the best at last September's London Fashion Week. What really elevated the whole thing was the casting by Studio Boyo. There was a strange but beautiful mixture of ghetto girly boys and boy-girls of indeterminate races. It looked modern as fuck. Our favorite was Edward Kasisopa, whose friends used to call him Taco at school because he looks kinda like he could be Danny Trejo's son, but he gets pissed off when people call him Ed the Mexican, because he's actually half-Thai and half-Spanish, so isn't Mexican at all.
